  • Tonya’s classes were exactly what I was looking for! There is nothing else like it in the area where you can go to a workout class and bring your children at no additional cost (or just come on your own, not everyone brings kids). The workouts are 3 rounds of circuits which can all be modified to your fitness level so it’s a great workout for anybody at any stage. I love the welcoming atmosphere from all the women I have met and the encouragement to commit to a fitness goal. Tonya is great! She’s knowledgeable and makes the classes fun.

  • Such a great person and a great workout! I could have cried with how good I felt after and the fact that I was able to actually exercise while my husband is at work. My usual workout time is before 6 am or after 8 pm which isn’t always possible. I can’t express how much I loved this class and how great Tonya was! As a bigger girl it’s easy to get discouraged when it comes to classes but she really made me feel good and helped me modify moves that I had trouble with with no judgment. 1000% recommend!
